Walter and I went to Ada, Ohio to see my Cousin compete in the 3 National Track and Field Competitions. She pole vaults, there is Care with her pole on the left. The pole vaulting was really neat to see. We also watched the men's high jump, men & women's hurdles and men and women's one mile run. Really Cool! Great visiting with family too. Also made me wish I was an athlete. Got a call from a friend about running a 10k in September...I'm definitely on that.

Pole Vaulting
