This is the lovely supper I cooked for Walter and I on Saturday night. The first meal cooked using my new calphalon. Except, I used my found cast iron grill pan for the steaks. Mashed potatoes, sautéed zucchini, steak with a wine sauce. Pita chips because I didn't have any bread. Overall I’m really happy with the heat conduction, dishwasher safeness, and it hasn’t ceased to amaze me how the stainless handles stay cool while the rest of the pan heats up… many more cozy suppers and romantic meals to come.
